Girl raped at Lauderhill school by 2 fourth graders...

<i>LAUDERHILL – Two fourth grade boys were suspended from school after a classmate said she was raped in a bathroom at Royal Palm Elementary on Wednesday.

The 10-year-old victim was taken to a sexual assault center after the attack was reported and deputies said they received back positive indications she was raped.

The two boys – ages 11 and 12 -- have been turned over to juvenile authorities and each was charged with sexual battery of a child and lewd and lascivious exhibition.

At a Thursday afternoon hearing, a judge ordered the two boys, both dressed in jail uniforms and fitted with shackles, held in custody for 21 days. There was no reaction from either child.

Broward Sheriff's Office spokesman Jim Leljedal on Thursday said the attack occurred around 9 a.m. Wednesday during regular session at Royal Palm Elementary, 1951 NW 56 Ave. The school has more than 900 students.

The victim told investigators she had been harassed by the two boys for several months.

On Wednesday, the girl was confronted by the two boys and forced into a bathroom where the boys assaulted her, Leljedal said.

The assaults were reported to police after the girl told a friend who told a teacher who reported it to authorities.

Both boys confessed, deputies said.

The Broward School District has already instituted proceedings to expel the two boys, said Joe Melita, the head of the school district's special investigative unit.</i>

I feel bad, she's gonna have some serious emotional problems in the future, it would be good if she didn't...but...we all know how these types of things go. As for those two kids, well...they can only get in so much trouble right now, but I can't wait till their 18. I would really enjoy seeing them executed.

As far as I'm aware, US law doesn't enforce Capital Punishment for the independant charge of sexual assault, regardless of nature.

I read a similar article about a fifteen year old kid who raped his mother. Apparently, there isn't extant precedent for it. From a normal human perspective, that's pretty fucked.

God, the world(or at least little children) is going to Hell. I mean, on top of this, I was watching Maury(don't know why) and there was a 10 year old who got poison and tried to poison his parents, and another who broke into a car and stole a 900 dollar diamond braclet. And something more realistic, I was at the movies with a few friends of mine a dn I saw one kid who couldn't be older than, like 9, and he had a girlfriend(they had a loud conversation), and another around the same age with a freaking mohawk. What kind of self-respecting parent allows their child to do this crap?

Poor girl. Her life will probably be hell from now on...
