I appreciate Supreme Commander as the better game so far. It's a bit more like chess, although you dominate the game by eliminating the other player's units, you can win by getting the king in a comprimising position. There's a variety of strategies depending on the maps and factions involved, different units do better depending on the time and the place...

C&C is much more small scale, and as far as I can tell requires total domination to win. It will have a cooler plot for loyalists though.

I'm going to checkout Supreme Commander very soon.

I never like the Command and Conquer approach to building units and such.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

I prefer Command and Conquer 3 by a long shot. I felt that Supreme Commander wasn't very good, as the demo had all kinds of bugs that I couldn't deal with.

But CnC 3 is GOOD.

Its not who a person is in the inside, but what he does that defines him.

SUPREME COMMANDER FTW!!!!

CnC3 has the weakest, most pathetic units i've ever seen. The shortest-ranged gun in Supreme commander would be like artillery in a CnC3 map. What's up with hitting a little buggy with four rockets and it still being alive!? Plus, since when is a base able to defend itself by constructing buildings that sprout right UNDER the attacking force? The CnC building system is really stupid, plus, I hate what they've done to the harvester. Who here objects to having MASSIVE ROLLING FORTESSES with BATTLESHIP GUNS and a FORCE SHEILD rolling around and kicking ass? I sure don't. Not to mention the massive flying saucers that are themselves about the same size as a CnC3 map. Supreme Commander pwnz cnc3 into the dust.

I will give CnC3 one thing; Its live-action videos and full-featured storyline do give it an edge over Supreme Commander in that respect. How I wish Supcom had live-action video...

After further playing C&C I do appreciate the single player aspect, but the multiplayer is still weak. Supcom really gets its legs in multiplayer, I will most likely be playing this game years from now. C&C is truely a sequel of the series, the next iteneration of RTS in the series. Supcom is more of the next generation of RTS games, it has a MUCH better interface, resource management, and balance. Plus they will include user created maps in ranked online play.
