So it's not so much a job loss, but a job relocation. Move employees off one checkbook and onto another.

That's easy. Microsoft will screw all the current owners of Xbox 360s and release a new console that won't be compatible. It will run Windows 7 (which will be bloated up before launch just like Vista).

Loss leading departments will have job cuts and this is just the start.
