Anime Threads Forum Restructure

Since the majority of the anime forums are under utilized, I was thinking of collapsing some of them for the time being.

Any suggestions on how to improve the anime forums?

The streaming section is going away. And the streaming 'announcements' are actually news posts. So I'll probably refrain from doing two section of the same thing. Make a new picture Smile

That's exactly how it is right now. The difference is that I only show the title of the news post. (From ASE Labs, that is).
