Anime Halloween Costumes Old Fri Sep 21, 2007 9:15:45 AM #41396 Perm Link
I was just wondering if anyone on here knows where there is a place online that has a selection of anime costumes for Halloween. My brother is looking for something to wear to a costume party and he is leaning towards some kind on anime character. Thanks

I rarely dress up for Halloween anymore...

Yeah, sad...

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!

Thank you for the great list. I cannot wait to pass these on to him. There were quite a few good resources at just the few I looked at so far. Thanks again.

Great list!! I rarely dress up for Halloween anymore as well. The last time I did, I dressed up as the Grim Reaper.

I'm buying my brother hair dye for halloween he wants to be L.
He's already blonde so he could pull off being Light but he um, shares my fandom of L.

You could probably pull it off if you went and got some goth specialty makeup - corn starch works also if you mix it right.
And paint up your face - the mouth and eye detail could be done with liquid eyeliner - or pencil but thats more likely to rub off.
You could spike up your hair with moose (try not to use gel) and then you could probably find a pair of wings and spray paint them black.

I kinda did something like that a year or two ago when I was going as Freya.

I think I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time
I think I've forgotten this before. . .

Wow---halloween already? Gees and I have a karaoke semifinal on saturday night- singing Bad Habits. It's probably too old a song for most of you to remember but I dress up as a very naughty or wicked nun! Any ideas as how I might spice it up a tad and use Amine theme instead? Look forward to hearing your suggestions as I sing really well and would love a great hot new creative look that will blow away the competition!

You are looking for ways to combine a naughty nun and anime? Now those are some combinations I would have never thought of. Maybe add some bright colored spiky hair. I would love to see some pictures of what you end up with.

I'm dressing up in what is described as a 'geisha'... But really just looks like a cheap bathrobe with a geisha face ont he side and bamboo print with geisha makeup and my hair up in sticks. Colors are black, red, and white.

How about Ayame from Fruits Baskets? hahahaha! That will keep your options pretty wide open!

If at first you don't succeed, blame your parents.
